New article on equal access to justice for women

Always a pleasure to see a new piece being published soon! I am contributing with a chapter to Anne Wagner’s and Angela Condello’s fantastic volume ‘(In)Visible Signs of Gender-Based Violence’ (Springer). In my chapter, I discuss the conditions under which legal technology may help victims of domestic violence to have access to the legal support they really need.

Thanks so much for great discussion of my chapter during last year's conferences on gender-based violence and legal aid at Harvard University and University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, which helped a lot with the drafting of this piece.
