Invitation by Venice Commission to Central Asia rule of law conference

Very honoured to have been invited by the Council of Europe's Venice Commission to take part in the Tashkent Law Spring Forum this month, which might be the biggest event ever dedicated to rule of law issues in Central Asia.

I will present on equal access to justice in the panel 'Constitutional reform - on the way to strengthening fundamental rights'.
