Very proud of the amazing students of Barleti University to whom we delivered a training in Tirana last week! It was a pleasure to lead this training for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The students are conducting a survey for UNDP to see how people feel about recent justice reforms and make use of their rights across Albania.
During our training, we addressed the challenges people including vulnerable groups like victims of domestic violence, children and the Roma community encounter when exercising their right to access to justice in Albania, how to interview people and how to collect data for our project. The survey results will be used to analyse the status quo and will be presented to the Albanian Ministry of Justice.
Thanks so much to all who attended, for great discussion and the fantastic fieldwork that has been conducted so far!
