Just published! Very pleased to have contributed with a chapter on the backsliding of the rule of law in the Eurasia region to the important edited volume 'Theory and Practice of the European Convention on Human Rights' (Hart/Nomos) by Stephanie Schiedermair, Alexander Schwarz and Dominik Steiger.
